Meditation

My guidelines as below:

"Can the pain itself feel the pain?"

"When ME is not ME, there will be no suffering... What if ME is not ME and the NOT ME is ME?"



Write a big word "DEATH" on a big piece of paper and stick it on the wall where your meditation position is facing. Whenever you can't stay in peace, losing concentration, or can't figure out anything, slowly open your eyes... and you won't be able to see anything except the word "DEATH". At this moment, you may be having a feeling of FEAR. Then slowly close your eyes again... Repeat this action every time you stuck again until you "get something". NOTE: This method may not be suitable to everyone. Apply it at your own free will. (-.-)
