The Art of "CHANGE"

In this universe, nothing can be changed if it is, by nature, not meant to be changed, by certain form, into certain form. Men think they can change the direction where the river flows, but in fact, the water will automatically change its direction when it hits a blocking item, such as a mountain, a stone, and so on. The stone or mountain will never thought that they are capable in making the river changes its direction, human, however, does.

It's like me trying to change a company culture and the software development methodology that one is adopting. I shouldn't worry about the software companies in Malaysia won't get themselves improved with proven development methodology -- if they meant to be changed, without me, one day, they will.

Human will suffer when they fail to change the direction of the river flow, however, the mountain or the stone won't. Shall I be a stone? No, I should act like water instead -- if the mountain not willing to change its location and let me to pass over it, I'll change my direction where it allows me to by pass it. What if I fail again? I change again. At the end, will I be able to reach the desired destination? May be yes, may be not.

When the water keep changing the direction, does it care about where it goes? The answer is of course no. Others may say that: "Hey Antonio, you're not really a water la OK?" But to me, I have no difference from any other objects in this universe. Our destination is just an illusion. Whether you have reached your destination or not is up to you to "assume". Even if your destination is to buy a Benz and now you're sitting in a Benz, I'll still say that this is just your illusion. If the same materials of Benz were being blended in a different form and you sit on it, it may give you another different feeling.

However, water will not stop flowing when it hits the stone; likewise, I won't stop doing what I believe I should continue doing until I reach the fullstop of my life. What if I will never reached the destination until the end of my life? Sorry, there is no destination but I can only see beautiful flowers along the journey...a dog chasing for a cat and a kid keep laughing at it...I can see the sun shining on a bunch of rich growing plants....I smell it...take a deep breathe...I keep smiling and talk to myself that...what a wonderful world... :)
